Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, W. Lois Kahagi is a 2009 graduate of Rutgers School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Kahagi who has a strong commitment to equal access to justice for all, interned at the Special Education Clinic serving students at all grade levels of public school districts. Ms. Kahagi subsequently completed a family law clerkship in Middlesex County Superior Court where she researched and gained a strong understanding of all types of family law matters including: divorce, alimony and child support, child custody, domestic violence and equitable distribution of marital assets.
From 2004 to 2010 Ms. Kahagi was a member and then chairperson of Middlesex County Juvenile Conference Committee where she led hearings and made recommendations in juvenile delinquency offenses on behalf of the family court.
A passionate advocate for families and children, Ms. Kahagi is committed to ensuring that her clients’ rights are protected and effectively presented in their legal disputes.
